N3 – Calgary’s First Parking-Free Condo Welcomes a Diversity of Tenants

N3 is one of Calgary’s newest condo towers in the East Village and recently reached a major milestone of accepting its first tenants. As Calgary’s first condo without parking, the development offers a multitude of perks aimed at living an urban, car-free lifestyle and is situated near the C-train and other amenities in the thriving East Village.

Developers expected Millennials would be the main tenants, however, to their surprise many of the tenants are seniors looking for an accessible and vibrant place to live that doesn’t require a car. With its compact suites and low cost, N3 offers a viable option for urban living for people from a variety of demographics.

The Calgary Herald article by Annalise Klingbeil has more on N3 and the car free development in Calgary.
