Being Part of the Heritage!

An addition to the Father Lacombe water tower, the St. Mary’s University Heritage Centre reinforces the campus's historic core. The Centre is comprised of a flexible learning and performance space, and linear gallery. Drawing inspiration from the timber frame structure of the historic water tower, the Centre features simple, exposed timber trusses and post-and-beam construction.

GEC is completing nine joint-use schools in Saskatoon

GEC is the Prime Consultant for nine new joint-use schools, developed in Partnership with Sask Builds, which will be located in Saskatoon, Regina, Martensville, and Warman.

This project represents the largest new schools initiative in Saskatchewan’s history and will accommodate over 10,000 students from pre-kindergarten to Grade 8. Each joint‐use site will include two schools: one Public and one Catholic, along with a childcare centre and community space.

The joint-use schools will be located on the same site and will share a roof and spaces such as gymnasiums and multipurpose rooms. Doors open September 2017!
