Spotlight on Success: Berfin Evrim

Join us in congratulating Berfin Evrin on earning her doctorate!

Berfin is one of our talented intern architects who recently completed her PhD. Her work explores bistable materials, textile-based architectural systems, and digital fabrication. Through her research, she developed innovative 3D-printed, pre-stretched knit textiles with potential for responsive building skins. She’s contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and even had work exhibited at MoMA in 2021. Berfin continues to inspire us with her curiosity, creativity, and commitment to pushing the boundaries of computational design and digital making.
