A smooth airport experience from check-in to takeoff.

GEC worked with Sunwest Aviation on the development of a new hangar and passenger/business centre at the YYC Global Aviation Park at Deerfoot North. The plan for the facility includes 10,220 square metres of hangar space and approximately 6,000 square metres of support facilities including offices and administration spaces, departure lounges, facilities for in-flight food service, and a restaurant.

The project was on a tight timeline and was delivered via progressive tendering in a construction management framework.
