The goal was straightforward: bring nine essential operations and 900 staff together into a single environment that fosters a stronger sense of community and belonging.
GEC led the transformation of four existing buildings into purpose-built spaces, including offices, training areas, a cafeteria, and maintenance facilities. This complex effort was guided by an unwavering commitment to the people. From day one, dedicated teams engaged closely with EPCOR staff, ensuring the voices of field and office employees were central to every design decision. This collaborative process reinforced EPCOR’s 'One Water culture' by shaping spaces that foster genuine connection across all teams.

Safety was a top priority, particularly where vehicles and pedestrians share space. Our deliberate site planning, including a one-way vehicle loop and strategically placed pedestrian pathways, minimizes potential interactions, creating a secure experience for all staff.

By consolidating multiple sites through adaptive reuse and cost-effective solutions, the new campus streamlines operations and provides staff with shared amenities, adaptable workspaces, and opportunities for professional development. The result is a vibrant, safe, and comfortable workplace where employees thrive and contribute daily to EPCOR’s vital mission.
