Developed by Cantiro, this 31-storey mixed-use tower will bring 315 purpose-built rental homes to the heart of the city, from stylish one-bedroom suites to elegant executive units perched on the top floors with sweeping city views. Designed with residents’ lifestyles in mind, Onyx will be more than just a place to live—it’s a village in the sky.
Looking ahead, Onyx is only the first chapter in transforming this corner of downtown into a thriving mixed-use hub. Future phases will build on its strong foundation, adding even more residential options and community spaces to create a vibrant, transit-oriented urban village.
